SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes 2a, 2b, 2c for irradiating a heated object A with magnetic waves 3 are arranged by distributing them respectively in the moving direction D and the widthwise direction of the heated object A, and are so formed that the intensity of the magnetic wave 3 output from each of the electrodes 2a... can be regulated. The distance between the heated object A and each of the electrodes 2a... is so formed as to be adjustable. The distance between each of the electrodes 2a... and each of the electrodes 2b... is so formed as to be adjustable. Each imaginary line connecting the adjacent electrodes 2a, 2b is so formed as to be inclined with respect to the moving direction D of the heated object A.
