PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect bending even after the lapse of a long time in the condition in which bending is applied to a film sensor by fixing between films by means of a fixing means in the vicinity of a detecting part constituted of electrically conductive layers on respective films oppositely arranged at an interval of a first gap provided on the measuring position. SOLUTION: A detecting part 15 is constituted of an opening part 14a constituting a first gap provided on a fixed position of an insulating layer 14, and electrically conductive layers on respective films oppositely arranged putting it between. In the insulating layer 14 nearby the detecting part 15, an opening part 14b constituting a second gap is provided and between the films 12, 13 opposed putting the opening part between is fixed. Namely, in the vicinity of the circumference of the detecting part 15, the opening parts 14b are provided on the several positions of the insulator layer 14, the films 12, 13 in the opening part 14b are thermally fused with each other, for example, by an ultrasonic welding means or the like, to obstruct slippage. On the position to be thermally fused, the form of the electrically conductive layers 12a, 13a are previously set so as not to form the electrically conductive layers 12a, 13a.
