PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently store messages to a memory by comparing delete time information with a current time when receiving message information with time information and deleting the message with the time information when the delete time information is coincident with the current time or the current time elapses more than the time denoted by the delete time information and the message information with the time information is not protected. SOLUTION: An intermittent reception control section 108 activates a reception section 102 for a reception period set by a CPU 109 and the reception section 102 when it is active receives data. Upon the receipt of the data, when a message analysis section 104 discriminates that the data are an information message and a time information analysis section 105 judges that the data includes a time information header denoting a validity of the information message, the CPU 106 compares the time information with the current time managed by a clock section 115. The CPU 106 deletes the information message by not storing the message to a memory section 112 when the time information indicates expiration of the validity and the message is not protected by a user.
