PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly display a Web page including plural in-line objects. SOLUTION: A package processing part 23 of a WWW server 2 preliminarily registers an HTML file constituting a Web page or a package file comprising in-line files. A server processing part 21 transfers the package file of a Web page indicated by a URL designated by the user of a WWW client 1 to the WWW client 1. A gate-way processing part 13 of the WWW client 1 develops the received package file, extracts a main HTML file and transfers it to a client processing part 11. The client processing part 11 analyzes the received main HTML file, and requests the capture of a necessary in-line file to the gate-way processing part 13. When all the in-line files are obtained, a Web page in which in-line objects are embedded is displayed on a displayed device.
