QUEUE CONTROLLER WITH TRANSACTION STOP REPORTING FUNCTION BY HOLD TIME MONITORING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a hold limit time conforming with the demands of a side which uses a system and a side which provides the system by stopping a transaction and informing a terminal device of that when the transaction reaches the hold limit time of a queue in a queue controller. SOLUTION: A queue 222 holds a transaction received by a transaction receiving means 211 and the transaction is registered in a queue registration means 221. A hold limit time storage file 234 stores the hold limit time of the transaction which can be held in the queue 222 and a hold time confirming means 232 confirms the hold time of the transaction in the queue 222. A timer notification device 231 starts it at constant time intervals. A transaction stopping means 233 stops the transaction in the queue 222 which has reached the hold limit time through the hold time confirming means 232 and informs an event notification means 212 of the stop.
