PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the recovery of program data on a RAM from garble of data in a subscriber circuit provided in a digital exchange. SOLUTION: A speech end detecting part 2 detects the switch of a subscriber from busy state to end of speech and at the timing of this detection, a service control program is reloaded from a non-volatile memory 5 to a RAM 4. As a result, even when the program data garble on the RAM 4 are occurred, they can be reloaded into correct control program. Thus, the garble of data on the RAM in the subscriber circuit can be easily recovered into normal data.
