PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electronic equipment from being caused to malfunction by bringing a heat insulating member into contact with part of the outer face of a member for thermal conduction and attaching it to the electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A carrying case is formed based on a main body 1 with a built-in CPU and a displaying body 2 containing a screen such as LCD. The carrying case is constituted of a member for thermal conduction and a heat insulating member. An aluminum plate 3 is used for the member for thermal conduction, and the aluminum plate 3 is joined using hinges 4 so that the member for thermal conduction can follow opening and closing of the displaying body 2. In order to provide shock absorbing capability, thermoplastic elastomer 5, 3 mm in thickness, is used for the heat insulating member. The aluminum plate 3 and the thermoplastic elastomer 5 are secured on the bottom face of the main body 1 and the back face of the displaying body 2 with screws.
