PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a photoelectric current of each of photoelectric conversion elements that are arranged in a matrix without being affected by crosstalk from other photoelectric conversion elements. SOLUTION: Photoelectric conversion elements 13 connected electrically to 1st and 2nd electrodes 12, 15 respectively are provided in crossings of a plurality of the 1st electrodes 12 and a plurality of the 2nd electrodes 15 which cross at night angles and each of which is arranged in parallel. In the case of detecting a photoelectric current of each photoelectric conversion element 13, a prescribed ON voltage is applied to the photoelectric conversion elements 13 and a prescribed OFF voltage different from the ON voltage is applied respectively to the other photoelectric conversion elements 13. A current voltage VOC as the OFF voltage is applied to any of the photoelectric conversion elements 13.
