摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately measure the connection electrical resistance between a conductive film and a connecting unit bonded to the film, by connecting conductors to a resistance measuring means by successively switching the conductors by means of a conductor switching means, and measuring the connection electrical resistance of each conductor by means of the measuring means. SOLUTION: In a connecting unit 10, a conductor section 10a is printed on a film in a prescribed pattern composed of a narrow-width section, in which conductors are arranged in parallel at narrow intervals and a broad-width section in which the intervals among the conductors are radially expanded. On a film connector, the patterns of many conductor sections 10a are printed at fixed intervals and a bonding section 11 for thermocompression bonding is applied on a narrow-width section. In a contact electrode means, contact probes are fixed zigzag to a supporting base in a state where the probes can be moved freely forwards and backwards, so that the probes may correspond to the conductors in the broad-width section of the unit 10. A resistance measuring means measures the connection electrical resistance between the conductors in the conductor section 10a of the unit 10, with which the contact probes which are connected by means of a conductor switching means, to be concrete, by the relay contact in the switching section of the switching means come into contact and a conductive film sample.
