PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a server side to accurately and properly capture and manage a use situation such as the executing time of an execution file in a client terminal by including data related with the use situation of the execution file in each terminal as addition data in the execution file. SOLUTION: An execution file is provided with a temporary execution file for operating actual processing as an application, and data indicating a use situation of the temporary execution file. In a terminal side 30, use situation data D11 related with an obtained execution file F11 are collected. On the other hand, already existing use situation data D10 and the temporary execution file F10 are separated from the execution file F11, and updated use situation data D12 are prepared by the collected use situation data D11, and the updated use situation data D12 are added to the temporary execution file F10 so that an updated execution file F12 can be prepared. In a server side, the execution file F12 is obtained from a terminal side, and the use situation data D12 are extracted, and preserved in its own data base 23.
