PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the speed of bit synchronization for exactly receiving a call reception message. SOLUTION: This receiver to receive a message is provided with an antenna 101 for receiving a radio signal from a base station, a reception part 102 for demodulating that radio signal, a decoder part 103 capable of decoding the demodulated signal and changing the frequency number of bit synchronism, a control part 105 for restoring the received message after second one when the message can not be restored in the first reception while that decoded signal is received plural times, an ID-ROM 104 for storing a reception identifier, an alarm control part 106 for driving an alarm instruction from the control part 105 and an alarm part 107 for outputting that alarm instruction.
