PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain infinite effect on error bit correction by including at least one encoding operation to be added to a sequence, insuring that a sequence encoded with at least one polynomial is divided out and performing turbo decoding of a received sequence into an estimation sequence. SOLUTION: A network station or a computer encoding station has a keyboard 111, a screen 109, an external information source 110 and a radio transmitter 106 and is commonly connected to the input-output port 103 of a processing card 101. The card 101 has a central processing unit 100 interconnected by an address and a data bus 102, a random access memory(RAM) 104, a read only memory(ROM) 105 and the port 103. A turbo encoding device, corresponding to a parallel convolutional turbo code, offers a sequence of a binary symbol that intrinsically should transmit or encode the source 110.
