PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the level change speed of a bus without making a circuit scale large. SOLUTION: When a bus BUS is precharged, the bus BUS is connected to a power supply by turning off an N channel type MOS transistor(NMOS) 2 and turning on a P channel type MOS transistor(PMOS) 1. When a reverse phase input binary signal D1B becomes '1' after the precharge is over and an enable signal E1 showing the selection of the signal D1B also becomes '1', the NMOS 2 is turned on the basis of an output signal of an OR circuit 6 and a switching path 3 becomes conductive. Thus, the bus BUS is connected to the ground to be '0'. Since the number of transistors directly connected to the bus BUS is minimum here, parasitic capacitance connected to the bus BUS is small. Thereby, the level change of the bus BUS is fast. |
