PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Fresnel lens sheet provided with antistatic performance without causing unevenness in appearance or the deterioration of performance due to wiping or with the lapse of time. SOLUTION: A 2nd Fresnel lens sheet 10B has a filmlike substrate 11, a 1st antistatic primer layer 12 having antistatic performance formed on one face of the substrate 11, a perpendicular diffusion (V) lenticular lens layer 13 comprising a UV-curing resin formed on the 1st antistatic primer layer 12, a 2nd antistatic primer layer 14 having the antistatic performance formed on the other face of the substrate 11, a Fresnel lens layer 15 comprising a UV- curing resin formed on the 2nd antistatic primer layer 14. |
