PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PHS data terminal which can quickly make base station retrieval for making high quality data communication. SOLUTION: A PHS data terminal 204 is provided with a base station retrieving section 303, which retrieves a base station 203 and measures the strengths of electric fields, an error-detecting section 306 which detects communication error rates, and a communication control section 307 which detects connected states. The terminal 204 is also provided with a base-station information storing section 305 which stores a base-station information table. |
