PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide semiconductor laser exciting solid state laser oscillating equipment capable of obtaining various output waveforms in accordance with group constitutions of semiconductor lasers used for a excitation source. SOLUTION: A solid state laser medium 3 generating a laser exciting light 10 is arranged in an optical resonator constituted of an output mirror 1 and a rear mirror 2. The LD stack is arranged, being divided into three groups 4, 5, 6, and connected with a control circuit 7. A central operation processing device 8 which has a storage device 9 controls semiconductor lasers of the respective groups independently. In the semiconductor lasers installed in the LD stack of the respective groups, distinction of a pulse type/a continuously oscillating type and characteristic (maximum driving current, maximum pulse width, maximum duty cycle, etc.), are unified. By adjusting the timing of ON or OFF of the respective groups, laser outputs 11 having various output waveforms can be obtained. |
