REFLECTING MIRROR AND LUMINAIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively light a road and suppress light leakage to area except the road. SOLUTION: A reflecting mirror 12 is accommodated in a luminaire 10, and a light source 15 is involved in the mirror 12. An irradiation opening 21 of the mirror 12 and a light emitting part 18 are horizontally arranged. The mirror 12 symmetrically forms a plurality of reflecting surface portion 22. Light rays reflected at each reflecting surface portions 22 reach road surface along random lines on a virtual surface B. The virtual surface B is set so as to tilt by a predetermined angleθto vertical surface V transverse to a center axis of the light emitting part 18. Adjacent reflecting surfaces 22 are formed so as to share one boundary line steplessly.
