PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the storage capacity of a storage device at a client computer side for holding the setting information of an information display device. SOLUTION: A network is provided with a client computer 1 on which an information display device 4 for reading information obtained from a server computer is mounted and a server computer 2 connected with the client computer 1 for storing setting information related with the information display device 4. The information display device 4 obtains the setting information from the server computer at the time of start, and operates its own setting.
