摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a degree of freedom to the installed position of an antenna by eliminating the occurrence of measurement errors by angles, by providing an arithmetic means which calculates the advancing distance of an object to be measured from a measurement starting point by using angle-corrected speed data. SOLUTION: A first storing means 6 stores the speed data measured by means of a speed measuring means 1 in accordance with the counting operation of a counter 3, and a second storing means 7 stores the relative position data between the installed position of the antenna of the measuring means 1 and a speed measurement starting point. A first arithmetic means 11 calculates a corrected angle by using the speed data stored in the storing means 6 and relative positions data and distance data stored in the storing means 7. A second arithmetic means 12 makes angle correction on the speed data stored in the storing means 6 by using the corrected angle data calculated by means of the arithmetic means 11. A third arithmetic means 13 calculates the advancing distance of an object to be measured from the measurement starting point by using the angle-corrected speed data stored in a fourth storing means 9.
