PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit the fail-safe effect of a temperature detecting means by controlling a cooling using a selected detection output, based on the determined results of a plurality of temperature detection outputs. SOLUTION: To one end of a first and a second temperature detecting means TH1, TH2 consisting of thermistor, divided voltage VCC at voltage dividers 4 to 7 is applied, and the other end is grounded. One end of a first temperature detecting means TH1 is connected to respective negative input ends of a comparator 1 and a first amplifier 2, and one end of a second temperature detecting means TH2 is connected to the positive input end of the comparison 1 and the negative input end of a second amplifier 3. The voltage VCC divided by voltage-divided resistors 8, 9 and 10, 11 is applied. The output end of the comparator 1 is connected to the gate terminals of a first and a second gate member 12, 13 consisting of the respective FERs of N and P channels to activate gate for outputting the first and the second amplifiers 2, 3 with the output from the output end of the comparator 1. The gate output is supplied to the base of a switching means 14, and the outputs of the first and the second amplifiers 2, 3 supply and control the driving voltage VCC to a cooling fan 15 for a heated part.
