PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call device by which a nurse can discriminate a call from a patient in her charge by means of a call tone so as to eliminate complicatedness when detecting the call and to more quickly conduct the nursing job. SOLUTION: When a call button 30 of a slave set (3a, 3b, 3c) is depressed, an adapter (4a, 4b, 4c) outputs a call signal including room number information, the room number information included in the call signal is collated with contents of a room number memory 52, room number data including a nursing team number assigned in advance to nurses in charge of each patient are read, transmitted to a nurse call master set 1, and a plurality of portable master sets 2a, 2b, 2c, call tone generating circuits 12a, 12b, 12c and 22a, 22b, 22c generate a call tone in a pattern different from each nursing team number detected by team detection circuits 11, 21 to allow speakers 13, 23 and a speaker 60 of a plurality of remote sub master sets 6a, 6b, 6c to sound the call tone of a same pattern.
