PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with an AC plug in no danger of damaging the AC plug in cases an excessive external force acts on the AC plug. SOLUTION: An AC adaptor (an electronic apparatus) 10 is provided with a coil spring (an elastic member) 24 and an engagement member 26, and a guide groove 28 is formed in a hold part 18 of the AC plug 14. One end part of the coil spring 24 is locked on a portion of the hold part while the other end part is locked on a case 12. One end part 26a of the engagement member 26 is engaged with the guide groove 28 formed in a portion of the hold part 18 substantially symmetrical with the portion of the hold part 18 of the AC plug 14 about the axis of a rotary shaft 20 while the other end part thereof is engaged with a hole part formed in the case. The guide groove 28 is formed substantially into a heart pattern outline in order to allow the AC plug 14 to rotate while it is engaged with the one end part 26a of the engagement member 26, and a recessed part 28a in the heart pattern of the guide groove 28 acts as a fixing groove part for temporarily fixing the AC plug 14 at a position approximately close to 90 deg..
