PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a device, lessen the outer dimensions of it and decrease costs by using a powdery and granular shield whose outer surface is formed convexo-concavely as a radiation shield which is charged into a space around members (electronic parts and the like) requiring shielding. SOLUTION: A star-shaped powdery and granular filler 5 charged into an internal space 2 around electronic parts 4 is made of a tungstenic alloy with high shielding performance against radiation 7 and the outer surface of the filler 5 is formed into a star-shaped convexo-concave face. Since each of the star-shaped filler 5 has a form whose convex part fits into a concave part of another, a region filled with the filler in high density can be formed. The radiation 7 is attenuated by a shield filler 5c in an external space 3. Then, the radiation attenuated in this way enters the internal space 2 after passing through an outer shell 19. In the internal space 2, the intensity or quantity of the radiation 7 is attenuated by the region filled with the star-shaped filler 5 in high density as the radiation 7 goes toward the electronic parts 4.
