PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power loss of a bridge-type inverter. SOLUTION: Each of capacitor C1 to a capacitor C4 is connected respectively in parallel with a main switching element Q1 to a main switching elements Q4 in a bridge-type inverter. An auxiliary switching element S1 to an auxiliary switching element S4 are connected in parallel with the capacitors C1 to C4 via a reactor L1 to a reactor L4. A transformer T1 to a transformer T4 are connected in series with the reactors L1 to L4. Secondary windings N21, N22, N23, N24 of the transformers T1 to T4 are connected to a power supply 1 via a feedback diode Df1 to a feedback diode Df4. The main switching elements Q1, Q2 and Q3, Q4 are controlled to be turned on and off alternately by keeping a quiescent period. The auxiliary switching elements S1 to S4 are turned off during the quiescent period. Thereby, a zero-voltage switching operation can be achieved. In addition, the energy of the reactors L1 to L4 is returned to the power supply 1. |
