PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser driving circuit capable of precisely stabilizing laser output. SOLUTION: The size of transistors 28, 29 constituting a driving circuit DRV is set as N times that of the other transistors. An outside resistor Rm monitors a driving current ILD flowing through the collector of the transistor 29, and feeds it back to a gain control amplifier 17. As a result, highly precise current control is possible with a driving current of N times a setting current. |
