PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module for preventing the deformation of a module due to a load such as a human body, and for ensuring a necessary insulating resistance at the time of mounting this solar battery module on a roof. SOLUTION: Frame-shaped insulating spacers 21 are interposed at the peripheral edge parts of a part to which the solar battery element formation face side of a transparent substrate 23 on whose one face a solar battery element 24 is formed and the inner face side of a back cover 30 made of metallic materials as a main body are faced. Primary seal layers 25 in which butyl rubber is packed are formed in the clearances of the junctions of the spacers 21 and the transparent substrate 23 and the clearances of the junctions of the spacers 21 and the back cover 30, and secondary serial layers 26 made of adhesive resin are formed at the outer peripheral parts of the primary seal layers 25.
