<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser working equipment which can control the movement of a forcal position of a laser light, the shape of a convergent spot and the deflection width of the laser light by using a simple constitution, and a laser working method. SOLUTION: In this laser working equipment which has at least a light source outputting laser lights L1-L5 and a modulating means modulating the laser lights, the modulating means is composed of a liquid crystal panel 2 wherein a liquid crystal is sandwiched between a pair of substrates and modulates the laser lights by using the arranging state of molecules of the liquid crystal.</p> |
