PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide with a simplified structure a load-time tap switcher which can reduce the occurrence of wears or a contact failures with few movable parts, is high in reliability, taking into consideration the characteristic of electrical and electronic element, and can make stable operation. SOLUTION: A load-time tap switching device 1 is constituted by a transformer load-time tap switcher 2 and an electric operation controller 3. The electric operation controller 3 is provided with a motor 8, a decelerating mechanism 9, a no-fuse breaker 15, a drive circuit 21, rotary encodes 22a, 22b, control means 23, display means 24, and a door switch. The drive circuit 21 is provided with a triac, a phototriac, and a photocoupler. The control means 23 is provided with a first microprocessor, a second microprocessor, a program recording medium, a nonvolatile memory element, a data bus, and an interface.
