PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-supply device which prevents a current bypass element in a circuit, for rush-current suppression, from being operated erroneously due to an external noise. SOLUTION: This power-supply device 1 is constituted by providing a semiconductor switch SR1 provided with a control electrode. In addition, the power-supply device is constituted by providing an inverter circuit 3 provided with a series circuit, which is composed of a transformer T and a main switching element FET1. In addition, the power-supply device is constituted by providing a control circuit 6. In addition, the power-supply device is constituted by providing a first capacitor C4 which is interposed and inserted in parallel with an input winding Ti of the transformer T. In addition, the power-supply device is constituted by providing a connecting point (a) of the input winding Ti to the main switching element FET1. In addition, the power-supply device is constituted by providing a unidirectional element D2, which is interposed and inserted across the connecting point (a) and first capacitor C4, in such a way that the side of the first capacitor C4 is used as the forward direction. In addition, the power-supply device is constituted by providing a connecting point (b) of the unidirectional element D2 to the first capacitor C4. In addition, the power-supply device is constituted by providing a first resistance R2, which is interposed and inserted across the connecting point (b) and the control electrode of the semiconductor switch SR1. Then, the power-supply device is constituted by providing a second resistance R3, which is connected in parallel with the first capacitor C4 via the first resistance R2 and which discharges the electric charge of the first capacitor C4 together with the first resistance R2.
