摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the arcing condition between a power collector and a trolley line accurately by monitoring the arcing conditions at a contact part between the conductive part of the trolley line and a power collector, and the reflectance of the conductive part surface of the trolley line, and determining the conditions of the power collector based on the detected signals. SOLUTION: An arc detectors 12 is disposed on the back or front of a power collector 5 so as to face a contact part. A reflectance detector 13 detecting the reflectance of the surface of a conductive part 11 of the trolley line 4 is disposed on the back or front of the arc detector 12. A power collector condition determining device 14 which takes in detected signals for signal processing is mounted in a control panel on a carriage. The detected signals taken by the arc detector 12 and reflectance detector 13 are inputted into the current collecting condition determining device 14 through an input part 15, and signal processing is conducted by a signal processing part 16 to detect arcing. The failure is determined as heavy by the signal processing part 16, a stopping command is outputted by the power collector condition determining device 14 to permit the carriage to conduct emergency stop.
