PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise, and to reduce a voltage drop at each part of a circuit caused by a current pulse, in a driving circuit driven by a high-speed and large current pulse, such as an output circuit of PDP. SOLUTION: By making a high-speed and large-current pulse flow in wiring patterns 2a-2c wired so as to be stuck to metal plates 8a, 8b coated with thin insulating films 3a-3c, an eddy current is generated in the metal plates 8a, 8b stuck through the insulating films 3a-3c, and thereby a magnetic field caused by the current flowing in the wiring patterns 2a-2c is offset, thereby, the increase of inductance of the wiring can be suppressed. Hereby, a noise or unnecessary radiation can be reduced. And besides, by setting the metal plates 8a, 8b on the ground potential, a shield effect can be obtained and emission of the noise can be reduced furthermore.
