PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw a CPU cartridge by a method wherein a rotatable drawing rod is supported by a shaft round a rotary support shaft in both side parts on an upper face of the CPU cartridge, and also when a connector is in a meshing state with the CPU cartridge, a side face of a reject groove is inclined, so that a roller is inserted thereinto. SOLUTION: A heat radiating plate 4 provided with a heat radiating fin 4a is mounted on an upper face of a CPU cartridge 3 mounting a CPU, and there is provided a drawing rod 5 which is supported by a rotary support shaft 5b at both side parts of both side plates 4 of the heat radiating plate 4. A roller 5a is provided at a top end at a side of a connector 2 of the drawing rod 5a, and a reject groove 7 for inserting the roller 5a is provided on a side face confronting the roller 5a. The reject groove 7 inclines an inside wall 7a constituting the groove, and further an outside wall 7b is provided so as to agree with a meshing direction of the CPU cartridge 3 and come into contact with the roller 5a.
