This invention relates to a dry peel label laminate (20) comprising a face construct (1), a dry peel adhesive layer (2) and a liner construct (3), successively, wherein said face construct (1) comprises a face layer (11) and a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) layer (12), said liner construct (3) comprises a liner layer (31) and said dry peel adhesive layer (2) is a non-PSA layer. When the face construct is peeled off two non-sticky surfaces are revealed which are dry to the touch. Such dry peel label laminates may generally be used in the manufacturing of dry tags, coupons, hanger labels, collar labels, exhibition or seminar cards, membership cards and business cards. Prior art dry peel label laminates are faced with problems concerning the uncontrollability and unstability over time of the dry peel release force and the limited variety of face materials that can be used. The advantage of the dry peel label laminate of this invention is that the above problems are solved by using a non-PSA layer which contains one or more polymers and/or copolymers, and/or derivatives of said one or more polymers and/or copolymers, the storage modulus E' of which is greater than 1 x 10<7> Pa at a temperature in the range of 10 to 50 DEG C.
