To correct vertebra body with preservation of functional ability of adjacent intervertebral discs and recovery of vertebral column biomechanism, and to prevent early degenerative changes in the form of injuries and of other segments, osteotomy of wedge-shaped vertebra body is effected in horizontal plane through full diameter value together with anterior longitudinal ligament without destruction of locking plates, and bone graft is introduced between fragments of vertebra body to restore the height of ventral part of vertebra body.
