<p>An enterprise value enhancement system, method, and apparatus that looks at areas of an enterprise typically ignored in current value enhancement systems and facilitates tacit knowledge management to provide value enhancement solutions that are more likely to succeed. The system uses an enterprise value enhancement model (501-503) based on planning loop structures and receives field feedback input from users in response to surveys generated by a field feedback survey generator. The value enhancement solution generator receives data from the field feedback survey generator, the switchboard, the performance processor, the customer asset valuation processor, and the performance metrics engine to generate value enhancement solutions and delivers recommended solutions for value enhancement of the enterprise, with linkages to specific functions, thereby enabling improved knowledge generation (522), knowledge communication (522), and knowledge distribution (522) in the enterprise, ultimately resulting in enhanced per employee market valuation.</p> |
