摘要 |
gas production industry; applicable in simultaneous measurement of gas flow rate and amounts of sand and water-clay-sand mixture in products of gas wells. SUBSTANCE: device has measurement module with two piezoceramic transducers, low-frequency amplifier and two radio-frequency amplifiers. The first transducer is used in formation of GAS FLOW RATE and SAND measuring channels, and the second transducer is used in formation of WATER-CLAY-SAND MIXTURE channel. GAS FLOW RATE channel has the first active band-pass filter, controlled scaling amplifier and digitizer. Introduced into SAND and WATER-CLAY-SAND MIXTURE channels are regulated high-frequency amplifier with feedback, the second and third active band-pass filters, the first and second level comparators and the first and second pulse shapers. SAND channel also has controlled high-frequency amplifier whose gain factor is preset by microprocessor controller to provide for channel insensitivity to shock action of dropping liquid.
