SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of values of residual reserves of hydrocarbon materials; drawing of maps of distribution of residual reserves at the end of development with existing system of development with help of three-dimensional mathematical models; determination of pool regions whose reserves are unrecoverable with use of existing development system; regulation of existing development system by formation of address location of final development in the form of independent members of development system formed by additional drilling, and/or introduction of idle, and/or from other horizons of injection, and/or producing wells put in production to formation of the same kind. The method provides for higher efficiency of development at late stage due to selection of optimal action on residual reserves of hydrocarbon materials by systems of withdrawal of hydrocarbon materials and maintenance of formation pressure on the base of consideration of dynamics of residual reserves distribution and consideration of mutual effect of additional and existing wells on their production potentialities.
