At least one flat surface of plate fins bears secondary fins in the form of oblong ridges, minimum 1.5-3 mm high. Outline of plate fins is made so that it follows that of central-cavity cross-section. Length of plate fins in longitudinal section of heating device increases from cooler top to its base.
