A method for producing an electronic device including the step of relatively moving a base (1) and an ejecting part (7) for ejecting a droplet (12) containing the material of a member constituting the electronic device along the plane including the surface of the base (1) to eject and provide droplets (12) on portions of the base (1), wherein the droplets (12) are provided while adjusting the positions of the portions where the droplets (12) are provided according to the distribution of distances between the ejecting part (7) and the surfaces of the portions while the relative movement is being made. Members constituting electronic devices are accurately formed in required positions on a base (1) to produce electronic devices of equal characteristics.
