The purse consists of two connected parts (1) enclosing a money compartment. A tape (61,63) is fastened to first and/or second part at two opposite edge sections, which are located in circumferential direction of ankle/wrist. The tape extends over the long edges of the purse and is fastened to a loop around the wrist/ankle using further tapes (62) and plug-in clips (71,72,73,71',72',73'). The money compartment is closed by one or more sliding claps fasteners (3,4) positioned in the part away from the wrist/ankle. The two purse parts are of water-proof material.
