SUBSTANCE: device has detachable components: a hopper with a flange and cover; bottom in the form of a turned-over truncated cone with a discharge opening, upper and lower flanges; infrared radiation source with a latticed enclosure in the form of a truncated cone installed on the air line pipe that is made with air intake branch pipes, and a stand with an assembly for replacement of inlet thermostatic reservoirs. The infrared radiation source is made in the form of a vertically installed body of revolution formed by a zigzag band of a precision alloy with a high electrical resistance, whose vertical axis coincides with the vertical axes of the hopper and latticed enclosure. EFFECT: enhanced quality of prepared bitumen, enhanced mobility, economical efficiency and lower sluggishness. 2 dwg
