High temperature composite component production comprises hot isostatic press bonding of an age hardenable copper alloy part to a copper coated graphite part. Preferred Features: Hot isostatic pressing is carried out at 400-500 degrees C and 200-1000 bars for 0.5-8 hours and age hardening of the copper alloy part is carried out during this operation.
