At least two spring plate tongues (23) joined to the holding part (4) surface (22) with free ends (24) pointing towards the shaft (5) are bent elastically against a bend when pressure is applied to the free ends. In a first state the tongues are tangential to an imaginary reference cone open at an obtuse angle towards the hollow magnetic body (3). In this state the free ends are at a minimum distance from the shaft and in a second state the tongues are tangential to a second imaginary reference cone open away from the hollow magnet. An axial stop is associated with the pole wheel so that the tongues remain elastically bent in the second state.
