<p>Tricyclic quinolonecarboxylic acid derivatives represented by general formula (I) or salts thereof which are useful as remedies for skin infectious diseases, etc. showing a potent antibacterial effect on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria such as Propionibacterium acnes, quinolone-tolerant Staphylococcus aureus and atypical mycobacteria, in particular, quinolone-tolerant Staphylococcus aureus and having a high safety. In formula (I), R represents a substituent; and R?1, R2, R3, R4, R5¿, A and D are each as defined in the description.</p> |
