PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize fixing for swinging a cutter axis in a threshed straw- discharging cutter using a cutter disc. SOLUTION: In this device, cutter shaft arms 5, 6 both ends of one cutter shaft 3 are bushed are supported by shafts 14 of side frames of the cutter and pinions 12, 13 fixed on both ends of a pinion shaft 11 are engaged to arm racks 9, 10 formed on swinging ends of the cutter shafts 5, 6 of both ends of a pinion shaft 11 supported with the side frame 7, 8 through a shaft.
