<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pickling paste capable of eliminating flavor of bread crumb and excellent in simplicity without requiring wasteful pickling by adding a soy sauce cake and a bean-curd refuse to bread crumb as a base. SOLUTION: A soy sauce cake and a bean-curd refuse are dried, sterilized and pulverized to provide a fine powder, which is then mixed with bread crumb. The taste thereof is further adjusted with a seasoning, etc., to provide a powder for a pickling paste. The characteristic of the pickling paste comprises preparation of pickles on the same day simply by adding a required amount of water and excellent simplicity.</p> |
