PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the suppression of the troubles such as an uneven density, a curling up or the like and prevent jolting from developing by a method wherein the uniform contact pressure is realized between the outer peripheral surface of an ink roller and the inner peripheral surface of a plate cylinder without deterioration of the rigidity of the plate cylinder. SOLUTION: Each one of flanges 14 and 14, which supports both the end parts of a porous supporting plate 12 consists of a first flange 48 and a second flange 50, which is two-dimensionally displaceable in a radial plane normal to the first flange 48. A two-dimensionally displaceable slider 62 engages with both the first flange 48 and the second flange 50 so as to position the center of the slider 62 to the center of the first flange 48 by means of coiled springs 70a and 70b and the center of the slider 62 to the center of the second flange 50 by means of coiled springs 70c and 70d.
