摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to silence an equipment by reducing the noise at printing pressing by lessening the amounts of motion of a printing pressing member and of a plate cylinder, miniaturize a device, and improve the degree of freedom of a layout on the device by a method wherein the amount of projection of a master locking means beyond the outer peripheral surface of a plate cylinder is reduced and the phases of the master locking means are shifted from each other. SOLUTION: This equipment is equipped with a double-structured master locking means 5 having a locking member 6 made of a comparatively thin plate member having a magnet 9 on the surface 6a opposite to the outer peripheral surface 1A of a plate cylinder 1 and a holding member 7, which holds the locking member 6 movably towards its opening and closing direction towards the outer peripheral surface under the state that the magnet is dropped from the outer direction of the plate cylinder so as to allow to open and close toward the outer peripheral surface. The thinning of the master locking means 5 is contrived and, at the same time, its strength is ensured. The amount of projection of the master locking means 5 beyond the outer peripheral surface 1A is reduced.
