<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure blood pressure render by turning the inserting direction of an arm to an arm band part to an angle in a spread open shape from the front side of a main body to a rear side to the center line of a display part to allow a natural and comfortable posture at the time of measuring a blood pressure. SOLUTION: The main body 1 is provided with the display part 2 for displaying a measured value or the like, the arm band part 3 for automatically winding an arm band to an inserted arm and a printer part 4 for printing and outputting the measured value or the like. The inserting direction W of the arm to the arm band part 3 forms the angleαin the spread open shape from the front side of the main body 1 to the rear side to the center line V of the display part 2. For the angleα, 5-30 deg. is appropriate. Thus, when a person to be measured inserts a right arm to the arm band part 3 and takes a measuring posture, the right arm is turned to the spread open shape from the front side of the main body 1 to the rear side and the form of crossing the center line V of the display part 2 and the inserting direction W of the right arm is attained. As a result, the natural and comfortable posture is taken while viewing the display part 2 at the time of measuring the blood pressure, an upper body is not bent forward, an abdominal pressure is not applied and the blood pressure is accurately measured.</p> |
