<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical roller bearing which improves the lubricating performance for the bearing composing element. SOLUTION: A double row cylindrical roller bearing 1 is composed of a smooth cylindrical inner ring 3; an outer ring 9 having flanges 5 to 7 for roller locking on the inner peripheral surface; two lines of the upper and the lower cylindrical rollers 11 provided between the inner ring 3 and the outer ring 9; and a cage 13 to hold the cylindrical rollers. The cage 13 is made by machining forming a steel material, a brass, or a phenol resin, and it is composed of a ring part 15 placed between the upper and the lower cylindrical roller; and a support part 17 extended from both side surface of the ring part in a zigzag form. The outer peripheral edge of the ring part 15 is projected a little from the support part to the outer peripheral side in order to prevent the deflection in the rotating time, and it is sliding contacted with the flange 6 for roller locking at the center of the outer ring 9. At the inner peripheral side of the ring part 15, a flange 21 for lubricant locking is projected, and the flange 21 is opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 3 at a relatively small clearance (t).</p> |
